Goa, Aug 17: Madhuri Dixit Nene was in Delhi recently to walk the ramp at PCJ Delhi Couture Week for designer Anju Modi. She said she is really loving the bit of changes in Bollywood of today, which is changing towards a much better industry than it was in the past. In the hindi films, dance is the USP of the film, its a very integral part.
Indians love song and dance sequences so much, that no matter what happens with the changing times, this will never change. Mads added that in abroad people watch Bollywood movies just for the song and dance sequences in them. She says Indian audience is maturing day by day, and accepting a variety of films made on different subjects. Multiplexes are making everything in an organised manner which is also good. In the past, everything was messy and haphazard, but this days all is disciplined, says Mads.
Mads is happy to be back to India and Bollywood, she ignores the bad things around, and smiles at and takes inspiration from the good things. She has also got a new way to connect to her fans directly and that is with the help of Twitter, which she uses personally to write about herself, but she is also on facebook, and the account is managed by her staffs.
