Mumbai, Aug 9: King Khan's next flick with Rohit Shetty is creating a sensation even before going to sets. This is for the first time they are teaming up together and currently according to latest information Rohit who was working on the remake of Gulzaar’s Angoor has put the film on the backburner for "Chennai Express". A close source says that "Chennai Express" has been sold for 105 Crores. Rohit Shetty has become hot property following the success of his last movie, ‘Bol Bachchan’ (2012). The high price is due to the fact that Rohit's earlier film 'Bol Bachchan' did Rs 100 crs business.

A close aide informs , "Shah Rukh and a film corporation are partnering on this one. Chances are that they will only sell the satellite, home video and music rights and actually keep the overseas and Indian theatrical rights with themselves." The project is co-produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur who was not prepared to give comment.

"Chennai Express" is a film about a man travelling from Mumbai to Rameshwaram and what happens to him on the way. The film will focus on the romance between Shah Rukh and the lead actress. Buzz is Dipka Padukone will be romancing Sharukh in the film.
