Mumbai, Jul 30: Bollywood is abuzz with rumors that Karan Johar and Shahid Kapoor is in fierce battle to win the coveted crown and get branded as ‘India’s sexiest bachelor’? . Both are even joined by handsome guy Manish Malhotra. All the three of them will be fighting it out for the title in an episode of India’s Sexiest Bachelor according to sources. Shahid has been in the list of the top 10 hopefuls on the Big CBS’ home-grown reality show for two years in a row. His competition this year might include actors Rana Daggubati and Arjun Kapoor; politician Rahul Gandhi; industrialist Ness Wadia and cricketers Irfan Pathan and Zaheer Khan. Actor Salman Khan is also being considered this season.

Tarun Katial, The channel head honcho Tarun Katial, says the the list is likely to undergo changes in case one or more of the contestants doesn’t want to be featured. He adds, "We may have to repeat contestants from the previous season or look for men from lesser-known walks of life." Elaborating further Tarun says "There’s no dearth of female celebrities in India. But it’s not the same with the boys as there are fewer desirable bachelors on the scene," Tarun reasons. Last season’s winner was actor John Abraham. "John, of course, cannot be on the list because he’s won the first season. But even the first runner-up stands a chance to win this season. "Tarun also says that season two of India’s Glam Diva, the female version of India’s Sexiest Bachelor, is on the cards. He promises there won’t be repeats on that list. "Priyanka Chopra was the winner last year. This year, her cousin Parineeti Chopra could be on the list," he says.
