Mumbai, Jul 6: Dum Maro Dum director Rohan Sippy is gearing up to direct a new film Presented by T-series and Ramesh Sippy Entertainment Pvt Ltd, the film is a buddy-comedy. The yet untitled film will mark Bhushan Kumar and Ramesh Sippy's first joint venture as co-producers. The film will be commencing this month.

Rohan however will be missing his lucky charm Abhishek in the film. All his earlier films featured Abhishek in the lead role be it Kuch Naa Kaho, Bluffmaster and Dum Maaro Dum. Abhishek, who loved the script but has other work commitments, will be appearing in the film in a cameo. Rohan further adds, "He is my good-luck charm and he is doing a cameo. We are trying to shoot before he starts shooting for his upcoming action flick".

The film features actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Kunal Roy Kapoor sharing the screen space for the first time. Earlier, Rohan had worked with Kunal Roy Kapoor as the producer when Kunal had directed political satire The President Is Coming few years ago.Says Rohan, "I realized that Kunal has great potential as an actor and that's why we got him on board as well. Ayushmann and Kunal are new age actors who have a definite connect with today's audience".
