Mumbai, May 24: It was announced that the first teaser of Madhur Bhandarkar’s “Heroine” will be out on June 1st with “Rowdy Rathore”. But now putting ash to all hopes of audiences, it has been circulated that the teaser wont be out on 1st June. The delay is due to differences in between Madhur and the producer of the film “Heroine”.

Both could not decide on where and how to unveil the teaser. Madhur was asked by the producers to re-shoot the promo since they felt that the promos were dark, as Kareena was seen drinking and smoking in the teaser. However Madhur himself gave his consent in delaying the unveiling of the promos as he says he has some more things to add to the first trailer. The producers think that the censor board is not going to pass the first trailer without editing some parts.

Executive director of marketing for the studio, Shikha Kapur, said that the teaser will be edited with some parts cut which shows the protagonist smoking and drinking. Also according to her, Madhur wants some more shots to be included in the trailer so the project has been delayed a bit. Madhur confirmed the news saying that he wants the film to reach a broader range of audience.
