Washington, Jan 31: Demi Lovato has dismissed reports claiming that she's planning another stint in rehab.

Earlier the teenager's representative quickly slammed the rumours, telling GossipCop.com "It is a crock of s**t."

And now Lovato has rubbished the claims herself on her Twitter account, insisting she's well and heading for a break in South America later this week, Contactmusic reported.

"Don't believe the hype.... All is well! SO stoked to head to Chile in a few days!!!" she tweeted.

The Disney star underwent a spell in a treatment facility in 2010 and 2011 for "emotional and physical" issues, which she later revealed included depression and an eating disorder.

The 19-year-old actress has spoken candidly about her problems since leaving rehab last year but online reports have suggested that she has been seeking treatment for drug problems. (ANI)
