Washington, Jan 15: Brian Austin Green is suing his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil-Giovanazzo for not returning a loan he alleges she borrowed from him.

The former 'Beverly Hills, 90210' star, who is now married to Megan Fox, claims the mother of his son owes him 200,000 dollars which she borrowed from him.

According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, which has been obtained by Tmz.com, Green claims his former partner, who also appeared on 'Beverly Hills, 90210', promised to pay him back, but when the actor asked for his cash back in November 2011, she refused, Contactmusic reported.

He is demanding all the cash he loaned her, plus unspecified damages. (ANI)
