London, Dec 12: Katie Price is considering standing in Hampshire's elections for a new police commissioner in 2012.

Forces in England and Wales are all set to bring in the position next year to give power to the people.

Officers feel that the ace businesswoman would be perfect for the job.

If elected, she would not only control budgets and but also have the power to hire and fire chief constables, however, the people in the police department are thrilled with the idea and are voicing it on Twitter.

"She is an incredible businesswoman who has made millions. She turns everything she does into a success so I'm sure she could do that to policing," the Daily Star quoted a tweet as saying.

"Kate would listen to the views of women, such as how stab vests hurt your boobs," a WPc from West Midlands police said.

Price is known to be concerned about crime, and has earlier even admitted an interest in psychopaths.

"My dream is to go to really dark prisons where you see rapists, paedophiles, murderers, and get inside their brains.

"I'd love to be a detective. I'd like to go to a murder scene," she added. (ANI)
