London, Sep 10: Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has denied rumours that her younger sister Ali has had plastic surgery.

Ali,17, was spotted in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, earlier this week with more prominent cheekbones and looking a lot thinner, leading to speculation that she had gone under the knife, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

However, the Mean Girls actress denied the reports by saying that her sister would not do that to her body.
