Washington, August 27: Halle Berry's latest custody battle with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry has turned in her favour.

The 'Monster Ball' star returned to court on Friday for a hearing after her lawyer, Neal Hersh, filed legal papers asking a judge to hold Aubry in contempt for allegedly violating their custody deal.

According to TMZ.com, the latest spat came about during a dispute over how much time Berry and Aubry each get to spend with their daughter Nahla when the actress is shooting a movie abroad.

A judge ruled in her favour and now Gabriel won't get as much time with Nahla as he wanted. (ANI)
