December 27, 2010: South Indian actress Nimmi, who has debuted in Kollywood as the second lead in the film Kandaen is a multi-talented young lady, who wants to explore and enjoy the life to the fullest.

The pretty young actress has just finished shooting Kandaen, which has Rashmi Gautham as the lead actress and Shanthanoo Baghyaraj as the hero. She does not want to keep herself confined to only good films, so Nimmi has taken up a travel show, which she will be hosting for a national channel.

The actress is not bothered about the strong competition in the industry and says that she wants to do roles like Konkona Sen in Page 3. She wants to work only in quality films and does not mind running around trees if the role is meaningful. The young actress, who has just finished shooting for the first film, adds that she wants only roles of substance.

Speaking about her travel show, Nimmi informs that she will be bringing out the cultural values of the country to present it in front of the rest of the world and she is very excited about it.

Nimmi has started work on her second film titled Naan Poralli Illai, which stars a newcomer Aatish Hemanth in the male lead role.
