London, Sep 5 - Actress Billie Piper was recently pictured leaning on a lamppost wearing high heels for her TV role as a call girl.

Heavily-dolled-up, Piper was back as escort Belle de Jour to film the final series of ITV's Secret Diary of a Call Girl.

The 27-year-old actress drew admiring glances from passers-by on a busy London street as she leaned into cars pretending to punt for business.

"I've never seen a prostitute looking as incredible as that - especially not in the middle of the day," News of the World quoted an onlooker as saying. (ANI)
