London, March 4 - Katy Perry says a lot of people think she is a manufactured singer.

"The biggest conception [of me] is that it's someone else's idea, or that I'm just a vessel," the Daily Star quoted her as saying.

The I Kissed A Girl star added: "Some people don't think I'm the captain of my ship."

Perry, 25, released her first mainstream album One of the Boys in 2008. (ANI)
