London, February 13 - Celebrity Big Brother winner Alex Reid left a farmer fuming after reportedly pulling out of his first wrestling match in India.

The cage fighter arrived in the country to film a new reality show in which he challenges India's top fighters.

But the 34-year-old husband of glamour girl Jordan decided not to go ahead with a local "tough guy competition" and later apologised to farmers who had gathered to watch him.

"The reason I came today was to see this famous white man take on our local heroes," the Mirror quoted an enraged farmer as saying.

"But I don't understand why he's so scared - look at his muscles. You would think he had the honour to wrestle like a warrior," the farmer added. (ANI)
