London, Jan 9 - Teen superstar Miley Cyrus will give up her role in 'Hannah Montana' after the TV show's next season.

The singer-actress has been playing Miley Stewart, a high school student leading a secret double life as pop star Montana, for three seasons and the upcoming fourth will be her last, network officials have confirmed, according to contactmusic.com.

'Right now we're scheduled to wrap after shooting this new batch of episodes... The (new) episodes will continue to roll out at least over a full year,' said Disney Channel's Worldwide senior programming vice-president Adam Bonnett.

Production of the fourth season is set to begin Jan 18.
