Kasthuri is set to return to films. The actress, who went off screens after she got married, is gearing up for her comeback.

She will be appearing in two Tamil films and a Telugu film, namely Kadhal 2 Kalyanam and Nootrukku Nooru. She will be seen in a Telugu film nine years after she did Akasa Veedhilo.

Kasthuri has done a fair amount of Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu films.
