That actor Vishnuvardhan’s last film, Aptharaksha is in its post production stage is old news. It is also a well-known fact that its prequel, Apthamitra, has had a Tamil remake, Chandramukhi, in the past.

According to sources, Vishnuvardhan had, once upon a time, praised Aptharaksha in the presence of superstar Rajinikanth, who had liked the script of the film. Does that mean Aptharaksha gets a remake too? Only time will tell.

Meanwhile, Aptharaksha took more than a year to complete.
