The singer plans to expand her property portfolio with the new purchase in the Hamptons, a star-studded vacation spot, for under $10 million, reported dailystar.co.uk

Wild Ocean Farm, currently owned by Kelly Klein, wife of fashion mogul Calvin Klein, boasts 30 acres of land.
