London, Dec 9 - Jessica Simpson has moved on from her ex-boyfriend, American football star Tony Romo and is dating Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan.

Simpson has been friends with 42-year-old rocker Corgan for a while, reported aceshowbiz.com

"She has fallen hard and is smitten and they are officially dating. But her friends think he's too old for her," said a source.

Simpson was dumped by her ex-Romo on the eve of her 29th birthday in July.
