After her debut film ‘Let’s Dance’ fell flat at the box-office actress Gayatri Patel is nowhere to be seen. Above that she had two films in hand to scale the miles in Bollywood but unfortunately they also got shelved, reason - the touted Recession.

This does not mean she is not around, in fact she experimenting with the different aspects of filmmaking. Though not as an actress; she very-much around in B-town, assisting her friend-cum-budding filmmaker- Unni Krishnan. The new league director is planning a film as of now tentatively titled ‘Bollywood Heroes’.

Apart from this she is also planning to direct a short film. This 40-minuter is going to be a drama that talks about a child prodigy. Actress is reluctant to divulge any detail on both the films as it is on a premature stage.
