Technicians of Bollywood and television industry are on a day's strike demanding a raise in their salary. They believe that they aren't been paid what they deserve to get and if the demands are not been fulfilled then they would go on an indefinite strike in the future. Where Bollywood can afford a day's holiday, it's the television industry which is suffering due to it, as it has to deliver its daily requirements for sagas.
