After a much debated and overheated discussion finally, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray has accepted Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan's apology.

Addressing the media, the MNS chief said, "We are withdrawing our agitation."

Raj said in an aggressive manner, "We accept Big B's apology because he went public." He added that Jaya Bachchan should not speak on issues that she has no idea of and that she should stick to the script.

Big B had apologized at a press conference and on his blog on Wednesday in the hope that it would pacify the rowdy MNS activists who had gone on a rampage ripping posters of his latest film 'The Last Lear'.

The MNS, which has targeted non-Marathi speakers and even attacked shops for not putting up Marathi signage had said that they wanted Jaya to personally apologize before print and TV journalists for recently saying at Drona's music launch that she would speak in Hindi as she was from UP.  -(SAMPURN)
