Asit Kumarr Modi of Neela Telefilms threw a celebration bash to kick off the first episode of his brand new comical show 'Taarak Mehta Ka OOltah Chashmah'. The show is based on the famous Gujrati satirist, Shri Taarak Mehta's series of humorous articles that have gained worldwide popularity over the last thirty-seven years.

The evening at Caprice Lounge, in Juhu, was a decent affair. Even though it rained heavily, but still the party was high in spirits. CEO of Sony SAB N.P Singh, Programming Head Uditanshu Mehta, Anooj Kapoor Business Head and Priya Nair the Creative Supervisor were all enjoying the evening mingling with each other.

The entire cast and crew sat right in front of the screen that played the telecast of the first episode and cheered on!!! Asit Modi along with his gang cut the cake just when the show started. Director Dhramesh Mehta, Creative Consultant Dayashankar Pandey and Neela Modi (Asit Modi's wife) were seen chatting endlessly.

Once the show started, everyone became so engrossed to even gorge on the hot snacks that were doing the rounds. Like no party is complete without shaking some booty so this was no exception-everybody grooved to the music till the end. -(SAMPURN)
