Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd, a diversified entertainment company has appointed Hema Malini as an Additional Director.

Malini was appointed the Additional Director by the board of directors at a meeting held recently, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The company said it had received Malini's consent to act as the Additional Director, on October 31 and added the appointment was effective from the same date.
