Lauding Sanjay Dutt's film "Lage Raho Munna Bhai" for "presenting Gandhian principles in a manner suiting modern tastes", Congress leaders today sought waiver of entertainment tax on the movie in Madhya Pradesh.

"We have submitted a memorandum to Governor Balram Jakhar seeking his intervention in asking the government to waive entertainment tax on 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai'," state Congress spokesman P C Sharma said.

The movie presents Gandhian principles in a manner that suits modern tastes, he said. "We believe it should reach the maximum number of people across the state." Jakhar watched the movie at a local theatre yesterday.
