Adlabs Films Ltd has declared a dividend of 45 per cent for the financial year 2005-06.

The shareholders at the AGM held on July 29, have approved the dividend of Rs 2.25 per equity share on equity shares of Rs 5 each, the entertainment company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The board of directors have also approved the appointment of Karan Johar, Gautam Doshi and Shripal Morakhia, as directors of the company, liable to retire by rotation, it said.

The AGM also gave its consent to the re-appointment of Pooja Shetty and Berjis Desai, as directors of the company, it added.  --- PTI
