Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra's path-breaking Rang De Basanti has been selected for the Golden Globe Awards. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which is the official body for the Golden Globe Awards, has scheduled to screen 'Rang De Basanti' at the Clarity Screening Theatre in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, on July 27.
Producer Ronnie Screwvala is all elated about the development and said that Rang De Basanti will compete in the foreign language film category. Ronnie along with director Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra will be attending the screening. |
